| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated September 9, 2010, in the above-entitled matter, which determined motions by the appellant and the respondent, on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated January 28, 2010, and February 3, 2010, respectively, is amended by adding the following paragraph after the first decretal paragraph:
"ORDERED that on the court's own motion, the time of the attorney for the child to serve and file a brief is enlarged until November 1, 2010, and the brief of the attorney for the child must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,".
