Separate applications by Lawrence C. Rywalt and Passionist Monastary of the Immaculate Conception, Inc., and by Eric C. Ripps and Geoffrey V. Ripps pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect their cross appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered February 4, 2010.
ORDERED that the applications are granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that Eric C. Ripps and Geoffrey V. Ripps shall perfect their cross appeal on or before November 8, 2010; and it is further,
ORDERED that Lawrence C. Rywalt and Passionist Monastary of the Immaculate Conception, Inc., shall perfect their cross appeal on or before December 13, 2010.
