Appeal by Masiree Yillah-Chow and cross appeal by Anthony C. Jennings from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated May 27, 2010. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Michael A. Fiechter, Esq., dated August 20, 2010, it is

ORDERED that the respondent-appellant is granted leave to proceed as a poor person on the appeal and cross appeal, and the following named attorney is assigned as counsel for the respondent-appellant:
