Court's own motion to consolidate an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Suffolk County, Sixth District, rendered March 30, 2009 with an appeal from an amended judgment of conviction of said court rendered September 14, 2009, and to deem both appeals perfected.
ORDERED that the motion is granted and Appeal Nos. 2009-952 S CR and 2009-2243 S CR are consolidated under Appeal No. 2009-2243 S CR and are deemed perfected.
