Court's own motion to permit defendant to submit a supplemental pro se brief on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Justice Court of the Town of Eastchester, Westchester County, rendered October 14, 2009, and to direct assigned counsel to provide defendant with a copy of the minutes.
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that defendant may serve and file a pro se supplemental brief within 60 days of the date of this decision and order; and it is further,
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that assigned counsel shall within 15 days of the date of this decision and order provide defendant with a copy of the minutes.
