DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered May 5, 2010, as directed it to produce, within 10 days of August 15, 2010, a certain Schedule C for its tax return, pending hearing and determination of an appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant's time to comply with the provision of the order entered May 5, 2010, that directed it to produce a certain Schedule C for its tax return, is extended until October 1, 2010.
