Motion by County of Nassau for leave to appeal to this court from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated July 9, 2010, and to stay enforcement of so much of the order as directed it to proceed to arbitration with the petitioner, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied and the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
