It is Ordered that the plaintiff-respondent's motion to dismiss the appeal is granted. The appellant has failed to diligently prosecute the appeal since filing the notice of appeal two (2) years ago, despite conditional dismissal orders of this Court requiring its prompt perfection. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed.
