Motion by Hilarie Chacker, attorney for the children, for leave to appeal to this court from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated July 27, 2010, and to stay enforcement of all proceedings in the above-entitled matter, as well as all proceedings in the matters entitled Matter of Nathan S., Matter of Xavier S., and Matter of Serenity S., pending in the Family Court, Suffolk County, under Docket Nos. N-8160/10, N-8163/10, and N-8164/10, respectively, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied, and the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
