| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant for leave to withdraw a brief filed on appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Queens County, both dated August 26, 2009 (one in each proceeding), and for leave to file a replacement brief. Separate applications by the respondent Forestdale, Inc., and the attorney for the children pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file their respective briefs.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, and upon the applications, it is
ORDERED that the motion and applications are granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's brief is deemed withdrawn, and the appellant shall serve and file a replacement brief on or before October 13, 2010; and it is further,
ORDERED that the briefs, if any, of the respondents and the attorney for the children in the above-entitled appeals, shall be served and filed on or before November 12, 2010.
