Petitioner-respondent having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a brief on the appeal taken from an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Wayne on September 10, 2009,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Andrew B. Ayers, Esq. dated August 19, 2010, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, the affirmation of Dana Ragsdale, Esq. dated August 27, 2010, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the first ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered August 18, 2010 is hereby amended by deleting the date September 2, 2010, and inserting in its place the date October 4, 2010, and
It is further ORDERED that second ordering paragraph of the same order is hereby amended by deleting the date September 17, 2010, and inserting in its place the date October 19, 2010.
