Petitioner-respondent State of New York having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a brief on the appeal taken from an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Niagara on October 19, 2009,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Zainab A. Chaudhry, Esq. dated August 27, 2010, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the first ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered August 16, 2010 is hereby amended by deleting the date September 3, 2010 and inserting in it place the date October 4, 2010, and
It is further ORDERED that motion is granted to the extent that the second ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered August 16, 2010 is hereby amended by deleting the date September 18, 2010 and inserting in it place the date October 19, 2010.
