Appellants having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken from an order of the Livingston County Surrogate's Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on June 15, 2009,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Gerald A. Coniglio, Esq. dated August 30, 2010, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered July 21, 2010, is hereby amended by deleting the date September 1, 2010, and inserting in its place the date October 13, 2010.
Memorandum: No further extensions of time to perfect the appeal herein will be granted to the appellants.
