Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Amanda L. Lowe, Esq. sworn to September 9, 2010, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, the affirmation of Richard C. Baker, Esq. dated September 14, 2010, the statement of Adam H. Cooper, Esq. dated September 15, 2010, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeals from the orders and judgment entered December 1, 2009, February 16, 2010, April 30, 2010, and September 2, 2010, are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals, and
It is further ORDERED that the consolidated appeals shall be perfected on or before November 22, 2010, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the consolidated appeals are hereby dismissed without further order, and
It is further ORDERED that respondent-appellant Ronald G. Basalyga, M.D.'s cross appeal taken herein from the order entered February 16, 2010, shall be perfected on or before December 27, 2010, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the cross appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
