Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered January 19, 2010, to stay all proceedings to enforce a judgment of the same court dated February 7, 1994, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the order entered January 19, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and all proceedings to enforce the judgment dated February 7, 1994, are stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
