Separate motions by the respondent Patrick Levine and the respondents John R. Paul, Jr., and Margaret Paul to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 23, 2009, for failure to timely perfect.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondents' time to serve and file their briefs is enlarged until October 25, 2010, and the respondents' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date.
