Motion by the appellant to stay all eviction proceedings in a matter entitled Deutsche Bank National Trust Company v Forrest, pending in the First District Court, County of Nassau, under Index No. L & T 2812/10, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered June 29, 2010.
