On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated September 10, 2010, in the above-entitled matter, which granted a motion by the defendant, on appeals from an amended judgment and a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, both rendered June 25, 2009, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the words "Supreme Court, Queens County" and substituting therefor the words "County Court, Suffolk County."
