ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated March 22, 2010, in the above-entitled matter, which, inter alia, held in abeyance a motion by the respondents, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated October 23, 2009, is amended by deleting from the caption thereof the Index Number "05-5554," and substituting therefor the Index Number "06-5554."
