Application by the respondent Marie Domond pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated November 17, 2009. Application by the appellants to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application of the respondent Marie Domond is granted and the time of the respondent Marie Domond to serve and file a brief is enlarged until October 25, 2010, and the brief of the respondent Marie Domond must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the application of the appellants is denied as premature.
