| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 6, 2009. The appeal previously was held in abeyance due to the filing by the appellant of a petition pursuant to Chapter 13 of Title 11 of the United States Code, in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York (see In re: Linda R. Daughtry Bozeman, Case No. 1-09-508334-ess). The bankruptcy proceeding was dismissed by order dated March 15, 2010, and closed on April 20, 2010.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the time for the appellant to perfect the appeal is enlarged until November 29, 2010, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
