ORDER ON APPLICATION

Application by the appellants-respondents City of New York and New York City Economic Development Corporation pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect appeals and cross appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated November 30, 2009.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellants-respondents' time to perfect their appeals is enlarged until November 4, 2010, and the joint record or appendix on the appeals (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][1]) and the appellants-respondents' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the respondents-appellants shall serve and file their answering brief, including the points of argument on the cross appeal (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]), on or before January 3, 2011; and it is further,

ORDERED that the briefs of the respondents shall be served and filed on or before March 3, 2011; and it is further,

ORDERED that reply briefs, if any, shall be served and filed on or before March 14, 2011.
