Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Kathleen M. Treasure, Esq. dated September 7, 2010, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the first ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered July 29, 2010, is hereby amended by deleting the date September 14, 2010, and inserting in its place the date October 12, 2010, and
It is further ORDERED that the second ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered July 29, 2010, is hereby amended by deleting the date September 29, 2010, and inserting in its place the date October 27, 2010.
