Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Julie S. Merseson, Esq. dated September 14, 2010, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the second ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered August 3, 2010, is hereby amended by deleting the date September 20, 2010, and inserting in its place the date October 4, 2010, and
It is further ORDERED that reply briefs, if any, shall be filed and served on or before October 14, 2010.
