Motion by the respondent, inter alia, for leave to reargue appeals from two judgments of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, both entered June 16, 2008, which were each determined by separate decisions and orders of this court both dated March 30, 2010, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decisions and orders of this court.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied, with $100 costs.
