| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent for reconsideration this court's opinion and order dated May 18, 2010, and upon reconsideration, reduce the discipline imposed. The respondent was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on November 29, 1995. By decision and order on application of this court dated October 8, 2008, as amended by decision and order on application dated December 12, 2008, the Grievance Committee for the Tenth Judicial District was authorized to institute and prosecute a disciplinary proceeding against the respondent and the issues raised were referred to the Honorable Stanley Harwood, as Special Referee to hear and report. By opinion and order of this court dated May 18, 2010, this court suspended the respondent from the practice of law for a period of two years, commencing June 18, 2010.
Upon the papers submitted in support of the motion and the papers submitted in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
