| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action, as well as certain actions pending in the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, under Index Nos. 6262/08, 66405/10, and 1938/089, respectively, pending hearing and determination of appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, both dated May 7, 2010, and to consolidate the two appeals. .
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay proceedings in this action and certain other actions is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is denied as unnecessary as the appeals may be consolidated as of right (see 22 NYCRR 670.7[c][1]).
