On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated June 8, 2010, in the above-entitled matter, which held in abeyance a motion by the respondents on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered September 26, 2008, and August 12, 2009, respectively, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph the words "Appellate Division Docket No. 2009-08582," and substituting therefor the words "Appellate Division Docket No. 2009-01652."
