| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Renewed motion by the appellant pro se for leave to prosecute an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated July 7, 2010, as amended July 22, 2010, on the original papers and to waive the filing fee. Application by the appellant to stay the trial in the above-entitled matter pending hearing and determination of an appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the application, and the papers filed in opposition to the motion for leave to prosecute the appeal on the original papers and to waive the filing fees, and the papers filed in relation to the application to stay the trial, it is
ORDERED that the application to stay the trial is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion for leave to prosecute the appeal on the original papers and to waive the filing fee is denied with leave to renew on or before November 22, 2010, upon proper papers setting forth the amount and source of all income received by the appellant, the value of all assets, both real and personal, owned by the appellant, any and all expenses incurred by the appellant, and the amount and source of all funds paid to Jacob R. Evseroff, Esq.
