Motion by appellant, in essence, for leave to reargue his prior motion for leave to prosecute an appeal from a judgment of the Justice Court of the Town of Washington, Dutchess County, entered March 12, 2010, as a poor person, which motion was denied by decision and order of this court dated July 14, 2010.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is,

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
