DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Rosa Martinez on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated August 31, 2009 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2009-09718), and January 5, 2010 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2010-02042), respectively, and an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the same court also dated January 5, 2010 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2010-02044), to consolidate the appeals from the orders dated August 31, 2009 (Appellate Division No. 2009-09718), and January 5, 2010 (Appellate Division No. 2010-02042).

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to consolidate is denied; and it is further;

ORDERED that on the court's own motion, the appeals and cross appeal (Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2009-09718, 2010-02042, 2010-02044) will be calendered together and will be argued or submitted on the same day.
