Motion by the respondents for leave to file a supplemental brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated July 6, 2009, addressing certain amendments to the Loft Law (see L 2010, ch 147).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the respondents' supplemental brief shall be served and filed on or before October 27, 2010; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's reply brief, if any, responding to the respondents' supplemental brief shall be served and filed on or before November 10, 2010.
