Motion for extension of time to perfect appeal and for order directing the pro hac vice admission of David A. Kennedy, Esq., a Florida attorney, pursuant to Section 520.11(a)(1) of the Rules of the Court of Appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeal is granted, without costs, and the time to perfect the appeal is extended to December 6, 2010, and it is further

ORDERED that the application for order directing the pro hac vice admission of David A. Kennedy, Esq., is granted, without costs, for the purpose of representing appellant George Anthony upon the appeal.
