| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an amended judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 5, 2009, to direct the respondent's former counsel to provide her with certain documents and for leave to file an addendum to her brief consisting of certain foreign legal documents and a translation.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to direct the respondent's former counsel to provide the appellant with certain documents is granted and on or before October 25, 2010, the respondent's former counsel, Elliott Martin, Esq., 16 Court Street, Brooklyn, N.Y. 11201, shall provide the appellant with copies of documents in his possession requested by the appellant that are part of the record on appeal, with the appellant to pay the cost of reproducing those documents; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the court's own motion, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until November 26, 2010, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
