On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its order on application dated October 5, 2010, in the above-entitled matter, which determined an application by the appellant, on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered July 11, 2008 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2008-07489), two orders of the same court dated February 18, 2010 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2010-05033), and September 17, 2010 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2010-09343), respectively, two orders of the same court, both dated April 23, 2010 (Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2010-04979 and 2010-05035), and two judgments of the same court dated August 11, 2008 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2008-08784), and December 23, 2009 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2010-03012), respectively, is amended by deleting from the caption the second recital of Appellate Division Docket No. "2008-07489" and substituting therefor Appellate Division Docket No. "2008-08784."
