The brief of the appellant Angelica C. was served and filed on May 17, 2010, the brief of the appellant John R. was served and filed on June 16, 2010, the brief of the respondent, Mercy First, was served and filed on August 24, 2010, and the brief of the attorney for the children was served and filed on September 2, 2010. Pursuant to § 670.4(a)(2) of the rules of this court (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2]), it is
ORDERED that the reply brief of the appellant Angelica C. Is accepted for filing as of September 22, 2010, and the time of the appellant John R. to serve and file his reply brief is enlarged until October 22, 2010; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted.
