It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is denied with leave to renew upon the filing of a new motion including, in addition to the information previously submitted, a certificate of admission in good standing from the Florida Bar for Timothy M. Bittel, Esq. and an affidavit stating that Timothy M. Bittel, Esq. is a member in good standing in all the jurisdictions in which he is admitted to practice.
