The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v George T. Elliott, Appellant.

Court's own motion to relieve assigned counsel and assign new counsel on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Justice Court of the Town of East Fishkill, Dutchess County rendered January 4, 2006.

ORDERED, on the court's motion, that assigned counsel, Dutchess County Public Defender, is relieved of representing appellant on the appeal and YASMIN DALEY-DUNCAN, ESQ., located at 5316 AVENUE I, BROOKLYN, NEW YORK 11234 is assigned pursuant to article 18-B of the County Law; and it is further,

ORDERED that the Dutchess County Public Defender, shall provide new counsel with all papers; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appeal shall be perfected expeditiously.
