Motion by appellant for permission to perfect the above-captioned appeals from orders of the District Court of Suffolk County, Second District, entered October 19, 2009 and December 7, 2009, with a single brief, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking permission to perfect the above-captioned appeals with a single brief bearing all of the above-listed appeal numbers is granted and appellant may orally argue the appeals at the same time; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking an enlargement of time to perfect the appeals is granted and the time to perfect is enlarged to November 5, 2010; and it is further

ORDERED that in the event the appeal is not perfected on or before November 5, 2010, the court, on its own motion, may dismiss the appeal, or respondent may apply to dismiss the appeal on three days' notice, and may serve such application in person.
