ORDERED that its order on application dated October 13, 2010, in the above-entitled matter, which granted an application by the appellant, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered November 19, 2009, and a judgment of the same court entered December 22, 2009, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph the dates "December 1, 2009," as the dates of entry of both the order and the judgment and substituting therefor the date "November 19, 2009," as the entry date of the order, and "December 22, 2009," as the entry date of the judgment.
