On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated October 12, 2010, in the above-entitled matter, which, inter alia, determined a motion by the respondents-appellants on an appeal and cross appeal from a decision of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered January 5, 2010, is amended by adding to the first paragraph, after the words "an appeal", the words "and cross appeal," and by deleting the word "is" from the first decretal paragraph and substituting therefor the words "and cross appeal are."
DILLON, J.P., FLORIO, BALKIN and ROMAN, JJ., concur.
