| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated September 17, 2008, and October 2, 2008, respectively, "to reconsider" a decision and order on motion of this court dated June 25, 2010, which directed them to settle and file the transcripts of certain proceedings and serve and file a supplemental appendix containing relevant excerpts of those transcripts and certain motion papers on or before August 24, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to comply with the decision and order on motion of this court dated June 25, 2010.
