DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Faith G. Miller, Esq., the attorney for the child, to be relieved of an assignment on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated July 23, 2010, and for the assignment of new counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the attorney for the child, Faith G. Miller, Esq., c/o DelBello Donnellan Weingarten Wise & Wiederkehr, LLP, One North Lexington Avenue, White Plains, New York 10601, is directed to turn over all papers in the action to the new attorney for the child herein assigned; and it is further,

ORDERED that pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120, the following named attorney is assigned as the attorney for the child:
