DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellants, in effect, to consolidate appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated September 25, 2009 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2010-00422), and two orders of the same court dated September 25, 2009 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2010-00454), and July 7, 2010 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2010-08578), respectively, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals from the judgment dated September 25, 2009, and the order dated September 25, 2009.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the parties shall file 10 copies of the joint record on appeal or their joint appendixes and of their respective briefs; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellants' time to perfect the appeals from the judgment dated September 25, 2009 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2010-00422), and the order dated September 25, 2009 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2010-00454), is enlarged until November 19, 2010, and the joint record or appendix on the appeals and the appellants' brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
