ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated October 12, 2010, in the above-entitled matter, which granted a motion by the appellant, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered May 11, 2010, is amended by deleting from the caption the Indictment No. "197/07" and substituting therefor the Indictment No. "917/07."
