ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated October 12, 2010, in the above-entitled matter, which granted a motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered July 12, 2010, is amended by deleting from the caption the Indictment No. "386/01" and substituting therefor the Indictment No. "386/10."
