On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its order on certification dated September 28, 2010, in the above-entitled matter, assigning an attorney for the children, on appeals from three orders of the Family Court, Orange County, dated November 17, 2008, June 28, 2010, and July 23, 2010, respectively, is amended by deleting from the second paragraph the words "on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Orange County, dated June 28, 2010," and substituting therefor the words "on appeals from three orders of the Family Court, Orange County, dated November 17, 2008, June 28, 2010, and July 23, 2010, respectively," and by deleting from the third paragraph the word "appeal" and substituting therefor the word "appeals."
