Application by the plaintiff-respondent pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered December 21, 2009, and separate application by the appellant to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the applications are granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the plaintiff-respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until November 22, 2010, and the plaintiff-respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until December 13, 2010, and the appellant's reply brief, if any, must be served and filed on or before that date.
