Separate applications by the respondents Leigh A. Bahnatka and the respondents Banta Properties, Inc., d/b/a Pizzeria Uno and Banta Management Services, Inc., pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file their respective briefs on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated December 21, 2009, and May 20, 2010, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the applications are granted and the respondents' time to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until November 24, 2010, and the respondents' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date.
