| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Keisha Harrison on appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, dated July 20, 2010 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2010-09800), and October 4, 2010 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2010-09802), respectively, for leave to appeal to this Court from the order dated October 4, 2010, and to stay enforcement of the orders, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the court's own motion, the appeal purportedly taken as of right from the order dated October 4, 2010 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2010-09802), is dismissed, without costs or disbursements; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay enforcement of the orders is denied.
PRUDENTI, P.J., COVELLO, FLORIO and BELEN, JJ., concur.
